Lindsey and I were returning a puppy we’d taken for a walk to the humane shelter when I noticed a huge mass of red golden hair sitting in a glass “meeting room”. Knots and “dreadlocks” ran down his belly and legs, crust under his eyes, and carrying an extra ten pounds, his head was the only indication he was a red golden retriever.
And that’s where it ends. He flips the channel, pulls up another site and checks his email, checks the scores, and grabs a bowl of cereal before bed. The moment is gone, the story is still the same, and what’s what is once again what’s what.
At no other time in history has there been so many talented and capable people walking around and it’s absolutely ridiculous that we are facing issues such as clean water. So, if you’re interested in being apart, of having your feet turn and walking in the other direction let us know. And read stories about those who are doing the same.
